He was born in 1987 in Armenia. He has been a citizen of the Russian Federation since 1994.
In 2006, he graduated from the NGHK under the Ministry of Agriculture. He is a deputy of the municipal formation council in Krasnodar Krai (United Russia party).
Currently, he is studying at the Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship.
He is a Kurdish Orthodox Christian. He is married and has two children.
